Basics

  • What is SnackStreak?

    SnackStreak is a QR and NFC menu platform for restaurants, cafes, and bars. You manage your menu in the dashboard, and guests open the latest version from the same QR code.

  • Does the QR code change when I edit the menu?

    No. Your printed QR code stays the same while dishes, prices, descriptions, categories, and availability can be updated from the dashboard.

  • Can I use it with more than one menu?

    Yes. You can create separate menus for different use cases, such as breakfast, dinner, drinks, or seasonal menus.

Plans and Billing

  • Is there a free plan?

    Yes. SnackStreak includes a free trial so you can set up a menu and test the workflow before choosing a paid plan.

  • What happens if my subscription ends?

    Your data remains in the account, but editing and export actions may be limited until billing access is restored.

  • Can SnackStreak create the digital menu for me?

    Yes. The optional complete menu setup service lets the SnackStreak team prepare the menu for you from your existing material.

  • Can staff members manage orders?

    Yes. Restaurant accounts can add admin users with access scoped to the restaurant dashboard.
